May is Mental Health Month, and the culminating presentation of this year’s Community Outreach Program on Student Wellness will deeply address this important topic on Wednesday, May 18 in the Benjamin Franklin Middle School auditorium from 7:00-9:00 pm.
Please join us to hear from an expert panel on mental health including representatives from Care Plus NJ, Inc., West Bergen Mental Healthcare, Inc., and the Stigma-Free program. The panel will discuss mental health and stigma, including how to develop awareness, recognize symptoms, and understand their impact. Additionally, they will talk about resources that are available, both in the school and community, and the importance of removing stigma.
